Hi Coach Wayne,
I was just reading the little excerpts on lunge and round-offs.

Could you better explain the different round-offs for me?
Thanks.

A round-off with a HORIZONTAL rebound is used to enter a back-handspring or a similar skill. There should be very little vertical motion and maximum backward (horizontal) motion.

A round-off with a VERTICAL rebound is used to enter a saulto or similar skill that requires a great deal of HEIGHT but little backward motion.
