Each lesson is designed to be performed IN THE HOME, in front of the Television. No padding is required, but a soft rug or carpet is recommended. Some of the exercises WILL require students to put their feet up on a chair... and up on a wall. These videos are THE MOST detailed, comprehensive collection of lessons on the Back-Handspring that can be found in ANY book or video. There are SOME spotting techniques demonstrated in this video. The emphasis of the tape is upon preparing the body (strength, coordination, confidence, kinesthetic awareness, stretching, vocabulary, biomechanics and technique, benchmarks of success, mental rehearsal, self-motivation, etc) for hands-on spotting WITH a coach.
