Hi,
I am 36 years old and I am wanting to learn gymnastics, as a true gymnast
training for the Olympics. Am I too old to learn and perform the skills?
I also wear glasses.

Hi,
Nancy,
:-)
Get fitted for contacts. I trained in glasses for a long time myself,
but contacts are much safer.
About one in three million females will make it to the Olympics as an
Artistic Gymnast. If that sort of challenge motivates you, find a quality
gymnastics program and start training! To make it to an elite level within
a reasonable number of years you should plan on 3-6 hours of training
per day.
I have publications available on www.CoachWayne.com
and be sure to visit www.Sekerova.com
to get to know one Olympic gymnast.
Have fun, be safe, push HARD!
