Can you give me some of the exercises that can help with splits I will
tell
you the ones we do:
Butterfly
Yoga stretch called: Forward bend
Head to knee pose
Straddle (facing each knee and putting head on the floor center)
Straddle wall stretch ( Lay on floor on back as close to the wall as possible
and legs on wall open as wide as possible)
I have her doing her good split 2 times holding 30 seconds and her good
split 30 seconds. The middle split 2 times holding 30 seconds.
