Use these button-icons to start browsing through "Benchmarks
of Excellence." NOTE: Most of the sample
icons on this page have limited activity. Be sure your speakers
(or other audio equipment) are properly connected and your sound is enabled. All
features may not be compatable with some browsers.

These forward and backward
arrows are the easiest way to navigate through
Benchmarks.

|
To view
animated pictures click and release release the green arrow.
Some pictures animated by simply mousing over them.
|
|
Click on the audio button (left)
to strart the audio narration. Once the narration is playing,
to stop it, press the audio button once. To restart the
audio just press the button again. Go ahead - Try it.

This button serves you as your browser
'back' button. Click on it in order to return to page you
looked at just before this one.

This icon will reveal hidden
text. Click AND hold to read it.
|
|
The camera icon will show a video
of Zuzana Sekerova performing the skill. Click the
icon once and wait for the video to start playing. While
the video is playing all other icons are active as well!

This menu allowes you to jump between
chapters. Mouse over the chapter buttons to reveal each
chapter name.
